First, I apologize for the delay in emailing this thank-you for leading our first monthly AMPower! Meeting of 2016. You lead our meeting beautifully. I assessed the group throughout and you held our attention and encouraged participation flawlessly.

The topic has come home with me, for one, and I am now including a short period of meditation regularly. I hope to continue.

Our next co-founder meeting (where we assess meetups and plan topics) is February 4th so we will look at your return for possible “hands-on” continuation.
